Holmfirth Vinyard - Becky & Simons Wedding

Becky and Simon’s wedding day was nothing short of incredible — a celebration filled with love, laughter, and thoughtful details that made it truly their own. From start to finish, the day was packed with special moments, all set against the backdrop of perfect sunshine and clear blue skies.

Their ceremony took place in a church, where they officially became husband and wife surrounded by their closest family and friends. It was a heartfelt and emotional moment, made even more memorable by Becky’s arrival — not in a traditional wedding car, but in a beautifully restored vintage VW campervan. Tailored especially for weddings, it brought a sense of fun, personality, and timeless style to the day, setting the tone perfectly for what was to come.

Following the ceremony, we took a trip up to Holme Moss for some couple portraits — a location Becky and Simon had chosen for its sweeping views and dramatic landscape. It was the perfect escape from the busyness of the day, giving them a chance to pause, take it all in, and spend some quiet moments together as newlyweds.

With the stunning Yorkshire scenery stretching out behind them, we captured a series of relaxed, natural portraits that truly reflected their connection. Afterwards, we returned to the venue where the celebrations continued. The sunshine stayed with us, allowing guests to fully enjoy a laid-back cocktail hour outdoors. In a wonderful break from tradition, Becky also gave a speech — a personal, heartfelt moment that added even more meaning to the day and was incredibly special for everyone to witness. This was followed by a delicious meal, rounding off a day that felt both relaxed and beautifully organised.
