Frequently Asked Questions

Do I work with a second photographer?

No, I primarily work alone and am the sole photographer capturing your wedding. However, if you would like additional coverage, there is an option to book a second photographer through me for an additional price, and we will work together to ensure every moment is beautifully documented.

Can We Request Specific Shots Or Poses?

Yes, you can absolutely request specific poses or shots. We will discuss your preferences during our consultations beforehand to plan your ideal images. If you have any additional ideas or special requests on the wedding day itself, I’m happy to accommodate them wherever possible to ensure your photos reflect exactly what you want.

Do You Include Travel?

Yes, travel is included for locations within 4 hours of the BD19 postcode. For venues further away, a small additional travel fee may apply depending on the distance. I’m also happy to photograph destination weddings—however, in those cases travel and accommodation costs would need to be covered by the couple.

Do I Have Back-Up Equipment?

Yes, I always bring backup equipment with me. I carry a range of gear on the day, including multiple camera bodies and lenses, so I’m fully prepared if anything unexpected happens. I also bring plenty of spare SD cards, batteries, and other essentials to ensure everything runs smoothly throughout your wedding.

Do You Require A Deposit?

Yes, I require a £50 deposit to secure your date for both the “Ever-After” and “Essential” packages. Smaller packages do not require a deposit. Once the deposit is received, your date will be officially reserved in my calendar.

What Happens If I am Ill?

In the unlikely event that I am ill and unable to attend your wedding, I have a trusted photographer on hand who will step in and photograph your day for me. They will capture the event on my behalf to ensure your wedding is still fully documented. All of the images will still be edited by me in my usual style, so your final gallery will look consistent with the work you see in my portfolio.

What Happens If We Need To Cancel/Reschedule?

If you need to cancel your booking, cancellations made within one month of the wedding date will unfortunately not be eligible for a deposit refund. However, cancellations made prior to one month before the wedding will receive their deposit back. If you need to reschedule your wedding date, your deposit will simply transfer to the new date and you won’t need to pay another one.

Do you offer payment plans?

At the moment I don’t offer payment plans. To secure your date, a deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due in full one month before your wedding day.
